When it comes to training, Willy Sagnol and Felix Magath occupy opposite ends of the spectrum. The new Bayern coach has a reputation for rigorous and demanding workouts, but right-back Sagnol freely admits he is "a bit lazy" and "not a morning person" – although no-one would guess from the player's energetic displays on the pitch. The France international has been one of the club's most consistent performers recently, emerging as a specialist in delivering pinpoint crosses to the back post from deep midfield.
