PROFILE
Holland international frontman arrived at Anfield in August 2006 for an undisclosed fee from Feyenoord. A neat finisher with good movement, Kuyt is known for his high work-rate and has also played as a winger. Began his career with Utrecht, attracting Feyenoord's attention by netting 20 goals in the 2002/03 season. Notched 71 times in 101 appearances for the Rotterdam club and was a member of Marco van Basten's squad for the 2006 World Cup finals.
