Ivory Coast team-mate of Arsenal regular Kolo Toure, Eboue signed in 2004 after a successful trial, completing his move in the January 2005 transfer window. As versatile as his compatriot, Eboue joined initially as defensive cover, but has matched Toure's explosive impact on the Gunners side and was outstanding in their run to the Champions League final in 2005/06.
